Re-designed Super Short Stroke Kit
When you make the best selling short stroke kits on the market, it's tough to improve on them, but we found a way. We eliminated the "rounded hump" on the top of the rear links on our Super Short Stroke Kit and replaced it with the "trapezoid" shape above the slot where the lever pin rides. The angled surfaces of the trapezoid not only make the links stronger, but they also provide added clearance for the firing pin extension.

Each kit consists of right and left toggle link assemblies, a new lifter arm, and illustrated installation instructions. If you can disassemble and reassemble your rifle, you should be able to install your own short stroke kit
Our short stroke kits are designed using the latest solid model engineering software.This software allows us to build a virtual model of the part being desiged on the monitor screen, assemble it to other parts, and move it through it's range of motion to test it's function before any metal is cut. It's pretty amazing stuff.
After the design has been proven out, programming software is used to plot the paths of the various cutting tools that will produce the parts as designed.
Once the program is written, it is downloaded into the CNC machine tool, the cutting tools are loaded into the magazine, and the raw metal is held in position in the vices. Once that's all done, we're ready to produce exact reproductions of the computer model that we started off with.

Each part is inspected as it comes off the machine, and final assembly and packaging is done by us. From design, to manufacture, to assembly, all work is done in house, on our machines by our people.
